How quickly can a valuation review be completed?

Most reviews finish within five working days of receiving a complete source folder. The variable is the quality of the folder rather than the size of the property. If the comparable set and the last appraisal are already on hand, a single property review can often be delivered sooner. For portfolios, we schedule the work in batches and agree on a delivery sequence at the scope call.

What data do you need to begin?

We ask for the current valuation document, the records export from the listing portal or property management system, and any assessor record available for the address. Photographs and the most recent lease are helpful but not essential at the start. If the data is messy, that is normal and not a reason to wait; the reconciliation step exists precisely because source systems rarely agree with one another.

Do you work with owners outside Utah?

Yes. The drafting hall sits in Sandy, and the analysis work is conducted remotely for clients across the United States. Reports are delivered as written documents and structured datasets, and review sessions are held by telephone or video. Nothing about the engagement requires travel to the Sandy office, though clients are welcome to visit by appointment.
